Legacy Walk
An instant tradition created in 2010, the Bethune-Cookman football team holds its "Legacy Walk" two hours before kickoff at all home games, the Florida Classic and selected other games during the season.
Players, coaches and staff arrive at the stadium and disembark from the team bus in full business attire, led by Head Coach Brian Jenkins and a player (Marquell Rozier since the inception) carrying the portrait of B-CU founder Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune. Players hold a chain, symbolizing that is "an unbreakable bond if forged with the right materials."
Wildcat fans are encouraged to join in the celebration as part of their game day experience.
