ORLANDO - Bethune-Cookman looks to extend a winning streak and end UCF's seven-game control of the series when the teams meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at UCF Arena.
SERIES STATS: UCF (4-2) leads the all-time series 14-7 and has won the seven meetings since 1994. B-CU (4-6) nearly ended the streak last season, falling 53-51 when Kevin Dukes' three-pointer at the buzzer fell short.
B-CU UPDATE: The Wildcats are enjoying a modest two-game winning streak after downing Stetson and Webber International last week in historic Moore Gymnasium. Now it's back on the road, where B-CU is 2-5 so far this year, including a neutral site win against Nebraska-Omaha at Valparaiso.
LAST LOOK AT COLEMAN'S TRIPLE-DOUBLE: In addition to posting the first recorded triple-double in B-CU history, Adrien Coleman registered the fourth triple-double in NCAA Division I this season Saturday with his 18-point, 15-rebound and 10 assists against Webber International. The other three: Jeff Withey of Kansas, Deandre Kane of Marshall and Jordan Bachnyski of Arizona State.
NATIONAL NOTICE: Coleman is 15th in the nation for his four double-doubles, while Kevin Dukes is 20th in three-pointers per game with 3.2.
ABOUT UCF: The Knights' last action was a 90-62 win over Division II Florida Tech on Dec. 1. UCF's three-point percentage (44.6) leads the nation. Senior Keith Clanton's 15.3 points per game average leads three Knights in double figures.
