GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The Wildcats' Track & Field squads got back to work quickly after opening up the indoor season in Birmingham, Ala. at the UAB Blazer Invite. Bethune-Cookman gets back to competition on January 17, with a trip to Florida's Stephen O'Connell Center for the 2013 Gator Invitational.
After opening with 12 qualifying marks for the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in March, the Wildcats are looking to add to the total with some athletes returning from injury and others competing in their natural events, after branching out in the opener.
Bethune-Cookman Head Coach Donald Cooper sat down to talk about the meet before heading out to Gainesville.
