Men's Basketball Gameday: Savannah State
The senior scored 15 points Saturday against South Carolina State, giving him 998 for his career. His next field goal, or two free throws, will make him B-CU's 26th 1,000 point scorer.
TV TIME: B-CU will make its third ESPN platform in the past eight months when it faces Savannah State. The Wildcats' game at Pittsburgh on 12/15/12 was an ESPN3 offering, and B-CU appeared on ESPN2 when it faced Norfolk State in the 2012 MEAC tourna-ment championship game. B-CU's last regular season appearance on ESPNU - and televised victory for that matter - was January 10, 2011 at North Carolina A&T, where B-CU won 72-69. B-CU also appeared on ESPN2 when it faced Virginia Tech in the 2011 NIT.

Last Year: Split. B-CU won at home 68-62 on January 16 while the Tigers took a 67-44 decision on February 20 in Savannah.
REUNION: SSU Coach Horace Broadnax coached at B-CU from 1997-2002. In three seasons, the Wildcats went from 1-26 overall to 14-15 overall and 12-6 in MEAC play with a berth in the 2000 semifinals.
