Bethune-Cookman Football Credentials Application
In order to be approved for football media credentials in the 2012 Bethune-Cookman Football Season, you will need to complete the following electronic form in its entirety.

Required Fields in Bold
All requests should be completed no later than Wednesday at 10:00 PM EST prior to a Saturday game to ensure the appropriate amount of time for credential/pass delivery. Requests arriving beyond the deadline will not be issued parking passes and will obtain their credential at the Municipal Stadium Box Office.
Each credential holder must submit their own credential request form and no group applications will be allowed or approved without each member completing this online application.
You will be notified regarding the status of your credential by a member of the Bethune-Cookman Sports Information Department via the email address submitted with the request. Only single-game credentials will be issued to media covering Bethune-Cookman during the 2012 season. In requesting single-game credentials, please enter the game(s) below that you will be attending and are requesting to be credentialed for:

(10/6/12) vs. North Carolina A&T (Homecoming)
(10/20/12) vs. Norfolk State (2nd Annual Biker Classic)
(10/27/12) vs. North Carolina Central (Senior Day)
**Bear in mind that credentialing for the MEAC/SWAC Challenge and the Florida Blue Florida Classic is executed by the entities presenting the game, and not Bethune-Cookman.*
